You may return unworn and unwashed merchandise back to us with the original invoice within 30 days of receipt for a refund to the original form of payment. Merchandise may be inspected upon receiving to determine its condition for shelf placement. No Bad Ideas reserves the right to reject a return if the condition of the merchandise is considered un-sellable. Credit will be applied after merchandise is received and inspected.
Returns without the original invoice must reference the order number, which you may find from you order history on store.nobadideas.com or from the order confirmation email.
Due to dynamic inventory fluctuations, we do not currently offer exchanges for orders through store.nobadideas.com. If you need to exchange an item, the most efficient method is for you to return the original item (explained under our Return Policy), and then place a new order. This will guarantee that you get the product you want as quickly as possible.
Credit Card Refunds
All returns will be refunded to the original credit card that was used for your purchase. Please allow 5 business days for us to process the credit to your card. During peak times, processing may take longer than normal. After processing, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Refunds on Shipping Charges
Original Shipping charges and Return Shipping charges are both non-refundable. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, we will refund the shipping charges.
Shipping Product Back
You can use the original box that the hats were shipped in, or provide your own safe and sturdy box. You may use any shipping company you prefer to ship your package back to No Bad Ideas. (Hint: The United States Postal Service has great prices on shipping domestic packages.)
